Fuel IT customer service is unlike any other in the fleet fuel card business. Our staff continuously monitors our customers transactions in order to help identify any abnormalities or inefficiencies and bring those issues to our contacts attention. We act as a consultant to our customers and help them get the most out of their fuel program from the very beginning of the relationship and every day forward. In most cases, a member of our team can visit our customers face-to-face on a regular basis and become a valuable team member. In addition to this personal customer service, Fuel IT staff is available 24 hours a day to assist with any issues related to fueling, reporting, adding drivers or vehicles, etc.
